It was a good hotel with good staffs & good food. The rooms which they provided us are small one so I am not able to give 5 star rating to them. Otherwise this is a pleasant stay.

Excellent Location near Mall Road and walking distance to Darjeeling station. Service quality is top-notch. Geyser was available 24 hours so no problem of hot water. Clean premises and rooms. The staff was very cooperative and helpful, especially the hotel manager. Overall, it was a very good stay. I will recommend everyone stay there.

hotel north star stay - family review
our stay at hotel north star was a mixed experience with both ups and downs. initially, we faced an issue during check-in as the manager, hari ji, informed us that the room we booked through the goibibo app was not available. instead, we were shown a different room. however, upon insisting, the desired room was allotted but with an additional cash charge, which was disappointing.
