Room is ok and cottage interior design is also traditional n excellent but besides it, hotel is dusty, no security, no management. Neither safe for female and families

Hotel is decorated nicely during christmas. Room is good, bathroom is okok. If you have booked for extra bed u need to ask each and everything explicitly (bed,blanket,towel..) To find the hotel staff you need to run around and find them. They were not responsible at all. We reached little late and did checkin after 7pm, we had to order food from swiggy . after checkin we couldnt see the staff neither at reception nor outside. there was another group of boys who were drunk and not behaving proper ...more

Extremely dirty rooms (walls, beds, washroom) Unprofessional staff. Cold and stale breakfast. A big NO for this place.

Awesome place. good ambience. The rooms were nice and clean. just the food was not good. They dont make their own food. they have partnership with a restaurant from which the food comes. The food was not good. Pork fried rice was worst, made me sick. there was no pork in it and also no veggies. paneer pakoda was okay though.

The room and bathroom was quite big and the staffs were very friendly.inspite of its location in the middle of the city ,we can find peace in the guest house
