total waste of money. cockroch running in entire room, room is smelling, Tv not working, services are very Bad, After call to reception, No one coming to fix the issues even asking for water glass, no one came.

Very Bad Hotel of Haridwar. Dirty Bathroom no Cleaning after Previous Check out. Mention Amenities not available in Room. They don't Provide Complementary Water bottle no Soap in bathroom no towel . used condoms are in bathroom. Ac and fan not working. no Room service staff available after 9 pm. Broken Ventilation fan in bathroom. over all Third class hotel of Haridwar. don't stay There. Nothing there to like it's A third class logde.

hotel is big in size only. not in service.. they serve very very normal BF in paper cutlery.. don't have stuff to served.. Rust electric kettle and basic amenities.. cost is not worth for this..

one of the worst properties i have visited.staff is very unprofessional and rude.there are cockroaches in rooms and washrooms and they don't have any solution for that.food is pathetic.i had booked 4 premium rooms which were bigger than deluxe as per goibibo but once we reached here ,we were given smaller rooms with no amenities as mentioned on the goibibi app.rooms were very smelling messy.i do not recommend anyone to stay here. we had small kids with us and we all had a very horrible experienc ...more

very poor service, higene very poor, staff behavior was very roude ,cockrorach and insect scrooling in room , no kettle in room , Big Rat running , even Street Dog walking in Parking area as well as in E Terence area.parking area was not secure .
