Every hotel in katra looks good from outside but not that much well maintained from inside. But while going to Vaishno Devi keep your view straight on walk trip more than hotel. We have booked 3 rooms for 7 Adults and 4 kids (two triple and one double room). Rooms are overall of good size and spacious. Beds and Mattress are comfortable. Hotel lacks in its service. It was great experience with them. Food was very good and at very economical. Staff was very friendly and guided us throughout our journey..... overall a great experience with Hotel Om Hari Residency. Security and safety along with room service was very good.

Firstly, as soon as we reached thr hotel, the receptionist staff was not aware of booking and even after confirmation he was asking how much i have paid, a little attitufe behavior as it was not customer centric. There was no lift and most of us carried out luggage ourselves. Room was given in clean condition but only two towels were given four 4 PPL stay for two.days stay without any soap.or liquid to use in washroom. Asked for AC remote but he denied telling that it's not a part of package tho ...more

if you go with family then the best part is everything is near by and staff is very helpful. only lighting problem multiple times it goes and no lift

We were not given the room we had booked due to it not being available.... Instead we were given a cheaper room. There was no sofa-cum-bed. Two people from amongst us had to sleep on floor.
