My stay at Omega Residency was a good Experience.Staff behavier was excellent..food was good( veg food).maple rooms are a bit small but clean and well maintained.Location is good...near to mall road..(3min alking distance)nice stay.. 4.0
I like the hotel..rooms are a bit smaller than expected..overall ratings is 4

this is second time we stayed at omega residency. we love this hotel. it is beautifully decorated and kanchenzunga is visible from the room.

We had a nice experience here. We stayed in a family suite. The room was of big size, very clean and nicely decorated. Food was very tasty. Staff behavior was very nice. Location is very good. Overall it was an excellent stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

the experience was good. the food was great. since they had only veg options, our orders with them were limited, but we tried their cheese balls and chilli paneer, which were too good. only downside was that the rooms were too chilly. even though everything was closed, we still had a very hard time keeping ourselves warm. the bed was too soft as well, making it a bit more uncomfortable to sleep.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Omega Residency in Darjeeling, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! Everything was smooth, warm, and welcoming from the moment we checked in.

Umm the hotel was aesthetic to begin with...but when we entered the room was small and the bed was not comfortable for four person to stay.... The water basin was leaking and water keeps accumulating giving a bad experience... Also the staff who came to our room was rude... Hoped for much better... Mediocre experience staying at Omega plz take care
