I stayed 2 days from 26 to 28 jan 2019 and my experience is not gud. When I asked for pick and drop banganga and railway station they deny. It's really a 3rd grade dharamshala.

I booked this Hotal for two persons but when I checked in Hotal, Hotal refused me for check-in. I all ready paid.Also Hotal says that Adhar card not a legal id asking DL. after talk*he provide Room. cons..1.TV was not working in the room after many reminders. 2. Hotal Post wrong photo of hotel. these pic of Hotal Mount view. 3 No Lift in the Hotal , he provide room on 3rd floor. 4 .I ordered one cup tea at 5 times morning but Hotal not provide. 5.Blanket was very thin as compared to Katra cold. all of that Hotal not provider basic services as expect from any Hotal.*

Waste of money phone not working Tv remote not working room not clean all over bad experience.... It's just guest house... Blanket very dirty.... Bed sheet very dirty.... Very very very bad experience....
