below average hotel , dark mansion types, service was pathetic ,
no water pressure in washroom , no exhaust fan , geyser was not working . ordered food @7 pm, received at 10 ,after confronting the reception and then directly the kitchen. we requested for the bill payment of the order at night to the waiter who never came back.
informed the reception office about the check out time being at 5 AM in the morning ,while we were checking in . No body picked the call at reception and room service , in ...more

The only thing i thought can be improved was the cleanliness, foul rat smell near lift area was unbearable.
Other than that one of the best hotel to stay talking into the perspective of good food, low price, good locality and connectivity.

1. not provide dinking water in room/
2. non functional geyser in bathroom
3. electrical plug points are non functioning.
4. moister and damp on wall
5. stain on bedsheet and blankets
6. overall very bad experience in this time earlier i stay in same property but this time very bad experience

Room was very disappointing. I believe this is because we booked, not sure though. But the room was seemingly wuite old, very poorly lit and quite small. I stayed here before but got a better room but the experience was pathetic this time around. Breakfast was good which earned 2 stars. I would suggest get an alternate hotel.

receptionists were rude.
rooms were stinky.
bathroom was smelling so bad.
drawers were dirty.
in the room also there is smell of urine.
lift not working, telephone not working,
current was fluctuating and a lot more.
