room cleaning services not good apart from that i have always feel problems with check in and check out they have given late check in. i paid extra for 2 hrs late checkout almost half of the rent of the whole day this time i have asked for late check out in the liu of late check in again they asked for extra amount.

although the Rooms are good the staff behavior is very poor, breakfast most of the time food was unprepared and we had to wait. staff were rude and unprofessional in their conduct

great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. everything about the hotel was exceptional. it was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. room itself was well equipped and comfortable. i was very pleased with my stay. i hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The bed is small in the executive room for 2 adults and 1 child. The service part needs to be improved a lot. I have received a blanket and pillow for after the fourth call.
