One of the worst experiences we ever had in Darjeeling. This hotel should be renamed as "No Ma'am" 🤣—no empathy, no etiquette at all. You ask the reception to send towels, and they say dial 555, but 555 never picks up. The manager says keep trying but will not send towels even after 10 requests. The restaurant on the 1st floor refuses to send water to the room on the 5th floor—they say call room service! They charge 18% GST on food, which is insane for a room rented in the off-season. A pleasant stay but not got the view room which was available but while booking it wasn't mentioned in Goibibo brochure.Smell of moistness was quite unpleasant but service was nice
