Stay was good, including housekeeping. Biggest disappointment was restaurant service, dirty sofa, missing staff, just above average food. Worst was in room dining where in you need to call multiple times to get your call picked up.

CHECK IN CKECK OUT WAS VERY SMOOTH. EVEN MY CHECK OUT TIME WAS 4.30 AM. ROOM SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. STAFFS WERE WERE VERY COURTEIOUS. BUFFET BREAKFAST AND DINNER WAS VERY LAVISH. OVERALL STAY WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. CLEANLIBESS AND HYGIENE WAS VERY GOOD. ROOM WAS WELL EQUIPED WITH EVERYTHING. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR EVERYONE.

very bad experience, hotel has asked for extra bed charges although we have already mentioned our members earlier, bathroom hygiene also wasn't maintained
