I had a great stay at Rakhee Palace in Katra, conveniently located near the Vaishno Devi Temple. The hospitality was outstanding—staff were warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The food was delicious, with every dish full of flavor and freshly prepared. The rooms were clean, I’d highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and tasty cuisine!

The rooms were not clean. But the complementary pick up and drop facility to Banganga and Railway station was very good. The power backup was not uptodate. We face power outage for more than five hours in the hotel

very cooperative staffs, front desk manager is a nice gentleman, eager to listen any issue and tried to resolve. food is tasty and worth at the price. recommend for family stay.

Everything was fine. 800 mtrs from railway station. Free local transfer to banganga and railway station. Only negative, the hotel does not have lift.

I have stayed in many hotels of Katra but the staff at the Rakhee Palace is the most polite and helpful. The guy at the reception, the chef, the restaurant manager everyone made sure that the experience we receive should be the best. Must try Kadhai paneer.
Highly recommend hotel for their staff.
