The location was convenient, and the staff were very helpful. The room was neat and clean, though the breakfast options were a bit limited.

Very good ambience, nice hospitality, tasty food. Surely worth the value. Only negative is room size, which slightly small. Should improve toiletries and add a bath mat.

as the property claiming 4 star rating, the breakfast should be buffet. other wise try to serve some fruits such as papayas, pineapple, watermelon etc. over all review is 4.5 star. the policy of upgrade rooms is awesome. specially, staff behavior are very good....

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to accommodate our needs. The food was absolutely delicious, and they even customized it to our preferences. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The location is perfect, very close to the Shantikunj and easily accessible. The staff was extremely cooperative and made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would love to visit again!
