Room are very dirty no room service no cleaning available.Bad smell are everywhere from bed to bathroom everywhere.

There are stains on the bedsheet. The sofa is torn and there is no cover on it, the TV is not working, the wifi is slow, the drawer handles are broken, we are not receiving calls, the cleanliness in the bathroom is not perfect. The flush is not working, this is not a 3 star hotel. It is only a 2 star hotel, we did not pass the hotel at all

i am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding a deeply distressing experience at a property recently booked through your platform during my visit to darjeeling.we were a group of five cousins (four females and one male), and due to a train delay, we arrived at the property around 11 pm. to our shock, the property was completely closed upon our arrival. i called the contact number listed on google, and a woman answered, stating she would share an alternate number. shortly afterward ...more

budget friendly stay with basic facilities. location is nearby reliance mart on hill Cart road. 10 minutes walking distance to mg road and nearby main road and Joy ride station. breakfast was delicious ALU Puri and omlet

if you want to stay in budget friendly hotel with good location and can also manage in small room with bathroom it's perfect. breakfast was also delicious alu puri and bread omlet
