Room was very dirty and not provided with towels and toiletries. After asking they are providing and when asking for room change they are saying to upgrade and pay extra.

no proper cleanliness and we did a room upgrade didn't change the rooms even after available rooms. no hygiene in washrooms and congested rooms. If you are visiting with family I suggest you to opt for others. Doesn't at all seem like a 3 star. stinking rooms and unflushed washrooms. rude staff.

The room was very neat and clean. The food was very tasty. I must recommend it. we booked an executive suite room which was worth the price.
