Plz don't book this.....if you book rooms in this hotel....hotel owner will send you in another hotel....this things happened with me....

This hotel is not at all good for family stay. Hotel owner & staff behaviour is not good with females. This hotel owner sends his staff to katra station & they politely catch the tourists and during checkout time the owner misbehaves and using abusive language and overcharges.

I booked room in sai vatika but there in karta when I reached, they shifted me in Sai Suraj.. They did not provide cooler. And the service was very poor in that hotel. I don't want to give a single 🌟 to Sai Vatika. When I reached there, a man on reception denied my booking although I was showing my booking confirmation as well as invoice.

hmari train late hone ke karan hm log der se pahunche. isliy unhone hme dusre hotel me shift kr diya. hmari payment 3 bed wale bedroom ki thi jbki hme double bed wala room provide kraya gya. i m not satisfied. bt i must say staff bahut polite tha. teesre din unhone hme 3 bedded room provide kiya
