All the travellers are requested take your time and go through this at least once before booking this hotel...1) The entrance is too nasty (filled with filthy garbages ).2) Entrance is too narrow you have to lift your luggaes and climb the stairs.3) All the rooms are damp , dusty.4) Basic amenities like a hot water kettle, toiletries, water jug, glasses, and Wi-Fi are not provided. Worst experience all u get is just a bed to sleep. No water to drink, geyser, tv non functional. Bathroom w/o exhaust fan.. and what not. Additional free gift growling sound of Pigeons all night Queen size bed not enough with even 1 kid

the hotel entrance is not good and unhygienic. Room was good but there is no service like water and tea.

It was not good. Bathroom was not clean and also dustbins were not empty. Tap were broken. Geyser was not working properly. Staffs were not cooperative. It was mentioned there that it has restaurant but was not functioning. Service was worse reason if u have to order morning tea or coffee it has no kitchen. Horrible stay

Very good experience. The staff's behaviour was very good. The hotel can also arrange taxis for the trip if needed. Corner Tables, Dressing Table, TV, Wifi and a cupboard were available in the room. Both hot and cold water was available.

In December despite of situated in hill station geyser was cut down whole night. Staff member said they were asked to do that at night after 10 pm. No proper arrangement of drinking water ( you have to ask every time). no slippers at washroom. No handwash or soap or other cleaning materials at washroom. Staff behaviour was good and helpful.

Service is poor, attendants are reluctant. Most of the time no one will attend your call at the front desk. Their staff lacks of professionalism. At this price and at the time of the year room heater must be provided without charging extra.

Hotel was good but location and approach path to hotel was very bad. Hotel staff was average in providing services and respond to requests.
