everything was good, location is unbeatable. deducting 1 star for food availability, we ordered veg chowmien in room and the kitchen sent maggi instead. In the night, the in-house restaurant was unprepared for dinner. hence the 4 stars otherwise it would have been 5.
clean, comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms with towels and toiletries.

Giving 3 stars for the following reasons despite a great location and ease of convenience:- 1. tea is available for upto 2 veg options along with tea / coffee. However on enquiry at the hotel they denied it and said it only includes only tea / coffee. If you are paying for a hotel that is not a four star hotel or like Radisson / Lemon / or any of the chain, you expect that breakfast will be included in the package. its a good hotel on subhash ghat. Subhash ghat and brhma ghat( which is main ghat) is about distance of 50 mtr walking. At brahm ghat you can view aarti at night. At subhash ghat you can bath.When you go out from hotel , ghat is in front of you at 10 mtr only . Just tak bath and return to your hotel to change. So you can also enjoy by sitting on stairs at ghat. Jab marji chahi betho views dekho piche mud ke andar aajao hotel main. Hotel is good.

Kind and humble staff. they helped us with a medical situation late at night. it is difficult to access the location as only a cycle rickshaw is permitted to operate in that area. Good food and they take around 20-25 minutes to prepare the order. Rooms are compact and mother Ganga flows right in front of the hotel entrance, which is a major perk as you can bathe in the holy river and change yourself back in your hotel room. Hygiene property.
