overall experience was good room was nice with mountain view staff was cooperative food was above the expectation but the behaviour of the travel partner of hotel was not.nice he cheated us

The staff of the hotel is well cooperative. It is about 15 minutes walking distance to the Mall. The rooms and bathrooms are cozy and clean. The food is also tasty. Stayed for 3 days in the same hotel and looking forward to visit again.

- No proper lighting in room. - Management staff behavior was rude. Only housekeeping staff was polite. - Light was tripping whenever we power on room heater. - we had 4 night stay booking. But we stayed only 3days. Only single we had complimentary breakfast as we had forgotten but staff didn't remind us. - Housekeeping was done automatically by hotel staff without reminder of guests. But here it is just opposite.

Here once the current is gone, after so much time the the current came again. Also the cleaning system is poor also when entering the hotel the hotel servant forgot to gave the keys of the room also one room is bad 👎. I don't like this hotel .

My whole darjeeling experience was way beyond my expectations. The place, the weather, the people and especially the guy in the hotel who hosted us. Such a sweet and helpful guy. Thanks Proses for your lovely hospitality. And also the food was amazing. Thanks anand for the delicious food. We had a really really great time. Very memorable experience

They gave us standard room instead of deluxe room as we arrived late.Next day they change the Room. But rooms are very bad. View is not good.Rooms are congested. water supply problem in whole hotel. After 9.00 p.m they didn't gave any service. Far from mall road. Taxi is not available from hotel to go mall road. very difficult to get taxi. Better avoid this hotel. Fraud hotel manager.
