the stay was average, as the hotel was charging extra to serve in the room.
none of the hotel charges extra to provide water or some food in the room itself, this was the pathetic thing i had ever seen.

We stayed at the hotel only for 3 hours but we observed that the room was average and cleaned. Though there was more scope for renovation.

It was pathetic experience I was bewildered whether I am staying free , the staff treated us with no hospitality whatsoever.He was clearly out of line when speak to us

Nice and clean rooms... very good location also...but no extra facility in room like mineral water, toiletry, kettles etc. were there....only towels were provided....such a reputed hotel can atleast give a bottle of water complimentary to its customers...food of its restaurant was average...other good restaurants are nearby and u should explore them rather....also you will be charged for early check in or late check out....no cab facility till ban ganga...hotel can improve on these
basic amenities in room were good and both double and triple bed rooms were available

The experience was way below our expectations. First, they charged us because we wanted to check in a couple of hours earlier as we arrived early mind you we had paid for 24 hrs so that really pinched anyway we paid because we arrived before the time We enter the room and there were black stains on the bedsheet, we changed it but still, it wasn’t very cleanBy the time we came back in the evening, we found all kinds of bugs at night ants on the bed, termites, spiders, and another black insect. Location wise is very good. Very close to yatra parchi counter.
Food is average.
Service is fast. Staff is prompt and courteous.
Hotel needs to work hard on food quality.
Also, for food payment they asked to be done in cash..need to work on that also..it's digital now..people don't carry cash much !!
