Tv not working, told them too many times, but they doesn't come to solve it. And haven't any discipline in hotel, whole night other tourists very loudly glamming,it's irritating

Rooms are small but tiptop. Staff are good and friendly. They arrange Nathula, Changu, Baba Mandir and Zero Point tour.

I did not like the facility . The power switches were not working . Basic facility like hot water , TV was not working. Have to follow up with hotel staff for every basic things.
I found spiders roaming on the bed , when I returned hotel after my hectic visit. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone even if it seems a budget hotel.

economic..very close to mg market. staff behavior is good. one negative point is room size.room is small.

I with family visited Gangtok on 10th March 2021. Hotel room was well decorated. staff talks with respect to the visitor.Inhouse restaurant food was good. washroom was good but water leakage was there. In hotel you can ask for booking the travel like North , East Sikkim but service was not good by the travel agency. Overall for family this hotel is good and recommended. 5mins walking distance to MG Marg.

This is my 4th time with this hotel
very good hotel, very near to MG marg, very good environment, very good and well behaved staff, very cooperative manager, tasty good food, room service is available.
nothing to complain about this hotel, managers and staff.
I recommend this hotel if you travel Gangtok as my experience is very good.
