Very bad,, all staff are careless. I was missing my train early morning I was asking to open the gate but receptionist didn't even walk up. After I had opened after a long time. No response..

we were 5 person they not even provide 5 pillows. given one towel which we had used during our 3 days not even bother to change the towel. for 5 people they had provided only one towel. One of my family member had face serious accident (facture in her left foot.) we requested them to help us to use the lift as the hotel was in the second floor. They not even bother to start the lift to minimum access of lift during our check in and check out timming. The room was dirty and full of insects.. So r ...more
