view from the room was good, Kanchenjanga view was fantastic for the room and balcony.. Food was good. Staff were aslo polite.

The only thing which is good about the hotel is the view from their balcony. apart from that nothing is good to say. the rooms are not regularly maintained. the prices of the food is high as per the hotel. the staff are not at all professional. the behaviour of the receptionist is very rude, he doesn't know how to talk to the guests. and the main thing is that they claim the distance is just 400m from mall. but actually it is around 950m from the mall which is also uphill road. not at all recommended.
