very pathetic service from the reception and also staff were not responsive at all. Very small family room at such high tariff . located at such a dirty locality.

Though you have to pay extra for room with valley view ! You get the free of cost view from the roof !
This is my regular stay whenever i visit! This was my Third stay but unluckily i was given a room with no view and no natural lighting, though there was a window but you cant open it!!it was hard to know the weather condition, without going outside!

window completely obstructed with no natural light coming in... doesn't know if it is day or night outside... suffocating... vehicle doesn't come right upto the hotel...one has to walk two to three minutes... uncomfortable when it rains...very poor experience...

Hotel is in very good location adjacent to Mall Road and in front of Mall. Food is tasty.

Amazing hotel. The ambience of the rooms to the hotel staff was top notch.
I just had an amazing stay and the food was very good. The room was spacious and properly clean. Hot water was always good.
The breakfast spread was also good.
Highly recommended to everyone
