Pros: 1. Good location, close to M.G Marg. Approx 2-3 mins walking distance. 2.Reasonable rate 3. Room quality is good, neat and clean. Overall satisfactory compared to rate. Cons: 1. No telephone in room 2.No inhouse pantry or restaurant service 3. Number of hotel staff not sufficient.

Good Hotel, clean with good room service, 2mins walk from Gangtok Ropeway and 5-8mins walking distance from MG Marg.

Hotel attendent and managers are missing most of the time. 80% of the time they are not there. We were unable to sleep too much sound and noise coming from the upper floor till 2 am midnight. No manager or attendent available to take care.

The flush was broken in the toilet. The TV was out of order. The room was not entirely clean. There was no hotel staff barring a guy named Alam whom we could not find more than often. Only plus point is the location of the lodge. Just 5 minutes from MG Road , the main place for tourists in Gangtok.

I bookedthis hotel online from 31st to 1 st june..my experience was horrible with this hotel.....room was too much dirty.... for room service u have to call 10 times....inspite of that also no one will give u response....I request everybody don't u ever think about this hotel ..for booking....it is one if the wastes hotel I have ever scene in my life
