Bad experience. No towel, soap, toilet paper or even water bottles were not available. Requested for paid water bottle, didn't get till next morning that too after multiple reminders.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. It's not boutique hotel, small room, staff not cooperative, didn't get towels , complimentary water bottle,even asked for payment immediately and didn't wait for check out time, washroom has water supply problem in jet. I don't recommend for family stay who are looking for good,clean boutique hotel.

while considering the good hotel with restaurant in Katra ,we booked this hotel but unsupported staff lies till the end of our day,..
hotel is good for stay but considering it worst for food and supporting staffs...we waited almost 3 hours for dinner and provided us just like langer food dish at night 11'o clock and shifted breakfast to their another hotel ,but not prepared too...
such a mistake we did to book this hotel.
