I go for mata vaishno devi yatra..It's a good hotel for a 1 night stand at an affordable price.it's also very near to katra railway station.

one day before check in hotel,hotel representative called they have no electricity in hotel so they will shift us to another hotel.

TV was not working. Hot water was not available. No wifi on first day. But second day speed was great.

1. Hotel room was nice
2. There was no Room service.
3. Even if we order a cup of tea.. It got served after 1 hour.
4. Food served was from a roadside dhaba which was cold and tastless.
5. Even to get room cleaned we have to kept on requesting.
6. Lastly, guest has to carry their luggage.
7. Except room rest all experience was pathetic.
