It was a very good experience staying in Grand Dewan.
Hotel is good for family. Location is perfect. Just 5 min walk for RFID card center and main market.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were clean.

Very good excellent boutique hotel at prime location with excellent view from room and terrace ,newly built hotel helpful and courteous staff and service with smile .Cherry in the cake is pickup and drop from the point of entry.Highly recommended hotel

What they committed, they denied the same very next day, stating that yesterday's staff was new, he didn't have any idea.

Food was great, rooms were not clean on my first day check in whereas it was clean on my third day in katra(one day gap). Amenities were good too, View from top of the hotel was great. Heater and Air conditioner controls were not given to the customer which was a little downside for me.

location is masst. walking distance from market and bus stand. Free drop services till Banganga. and clean and comfortable rooms. had an awesome stay. jai Mata di hai.

The Hotel Staff especially Mr. Vijay Kumar was super Cooperative. He assisted us in getting vehicle for drop to Jammu at last moment which we were finding difficult. The room was very clean. Food service was slow at their restaurant which they should improve. There was minor transparency issues like there was no slippers in room but they asked at the time of check out and charged for water bottles during breakfast (which included in package).

We stayed for two days at the hotel and the experience was amazing. Close to main market and rooms are clean and spacious
