Hotel is very far from mall road.. a complicated location.. if you are first time in darjeeling you will never find the hotel

food without onion was not available.
no proper breakfast was available
even veg sandwich was not available.
service was very slow.
staff behaviour was not up to the mark , food without onion was asked but they provide onion.

The hotel is located in such a place that there are no nearby restaurants or markets. It is situated 1 km steep downhill from Chowk bazar. There are no available transportation to reach the hotel after 7 pm. You need to take share taxi a few meters away from the Hotel to reach Chowk Bazaar. The share taxi runs only after 7 am till 7 pm. Surroundings have a foul odour. The rooms are small. Geysar don't work. Television remote don't work
Only positive thing is the view from the view rooms. But it doesn't compensate the negatives.
I suggest book hotels near the mall.

the hotel is good but the location is very bad its too far from main market.very much inside and the road is very narrow .rest hotel is clean but main thing it's to far for visiting places and we can't come outside market bez it's too far

Worst hotel stay, I would have given it -rating if that was possible. Booked it for 4 nights but looking at the room condition we checked out the next day immediately and cancelled our next 3 days booking. The hotel sent a car for pickup from Chawk Bazar since the hotel is in a very off location with a stinking smell coming from the dumping yard just below the hotel and surprisingly they informed a charge of 300/- It isn't even a kilometre distance from where we were.
