Very bad experience. Location is Not good. The Windows of the toilet was broken. However the quality of the food was good.

Totally worst management. Most of the times our calls were unanswerable. Due to riots @ Darjeeling during our visit we could not checked in the hotel that too they denied to refund my hard earned money to me. I never recommend to stay in this hotel..

Superb behavior by hotel staff, very good locality just 5 minutes walking distance from the mall. Hotel food prepared by professional shef so no need to worry about your food quality. Always book this hotel with breakfast...Worth of money.

Entrance was horrible,road was very bad, infront of the hotel.The room which we booked was allotted to other.People r good,polite,n well behaved in the hotel.overall it was a good experience cos of the people who attend us.

The worst hotel in my life till experienced.
Hotel location is very odd place, car can not reach to the hotel, even if you need taxi or cab you have to walk for 10 min.
Hotel rooms are not ventilated feeling very suffocate and water not coming all the time in bathrooms. geyser also not working.
Food materials are also not good and very high in pries.
