This was my second stay in this hotel. last time i stayed here in 2023 and never ever in my dreams did i think that the level of this hotel has gone so much down. If this continues they will have to shut down their hotel very soon. No proper management or team . It is run by group of boys and men who had no communication among themselves. stayed in the attic premium room , the costliest room of the hotel without T.V. smelly rooms , pathetic service. 1- the approach to the hotel from mall road is approx 1 km and extremely steep upward climbing, normal people of plains cannot climb such heights.2- hotel stay rooms are 3 floor above from basement and after steep climbing you need to climb 3 floors to reach hotel rooms.4- gallery and reception area stinking with bad smell, rooms also are stinking with toilet smelling.5- they do not provide packaged drinking water.6- in breakfast they provide only puri sabzi and bread toast.7- staff is irrespons ...more

Very pathetic, hotel manager is irresponsible staffs are very rude. My room is stinking and it lasts for whole of my stay. TelePhone is not working and even after complaining it was not repaired.
Hot water is not coming in the washroom. Door mats in the washroom and in the room are not available.
In otherwords, i will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. I also want the authorities of goibibo to terminate this hotel from their list and include good quality of hotels, as our tour is so m ...more

the experience was extremely bad. i have stayed in many hotels in darjeeling during the last 15 years. this is the worst. located in a very narrow , dirty lane. a very unimpressive front view. the rooms are not well maintained. there is almost no exhaust in the micro size bathroom. the bathroom cabinet is not isolated, which means when you bathe the entire bathroom becomes wet. the geiser was not working. upon request a bottle full of hot water was given. on one occasion suddenly the bathroom wa ...more

we've just arrived..it's a different room we have been put in...that's understandable as that room is under maintenance as they said...this room lacks the basic amenities like intercom, geysers, toiletries. The bathroom is small sized and stinging. We're told at the reception that they'll try to make our room ready for tomorrow and if not they'll send us to a different hotel. The experience is extremely unsatisfactory so far made through Goibibo

Property was good and nice cozy room but few things that was issue during our stay:
1- hot water is available only between 7 am to 11 am. central bolling Water no geyser in room.
2- most of the time Water was not avaliable in toilet flush, assuming plumbing issue.
3- hotel is situated at very hight from mall road even though distance is not much but while going back to hotel it is very difficult to reach hotel by walk with child and old people. taxi charge 300 from mall road to hotel for 500 ...more
