They are very helpful and arranged ine stand fan specially on request . Only cause of bit concern is the cost of food.

There is too much mosquito at the entrance... we had a water leaking issue during our stay...breakfast was average, room was spacious and clean
at checkout time, they gave me a bill of previous guest and asked me to pay when I denied that it's not my bill they become rude.. Then, somehow, they realized that it's not my bill...ridiculous...

The location is amazing.. good connectivity to city centre.. excellent rooms with amazing staff.. all assistance to guests is guaranteed..thumbs up for that..!
The breakfast spread could definitely improve though.. better variety and quality would surely be appreciated in that..
Otherwise I enjoyed my stay here..

Nice spacious rooms, courteous staff. Just one small thing, had requested for a king bed but got twin bed.
Dinner hall was in the same hotel. Which made it easy to access

The food is exorbitant for the quality. I had ordered icecream . Got 2 scoops of approx 70 grams each for a whopping 260/- + gst .
i.e; 1750/- per kg .
Also the attached toilet to the room , the flooring had no slope for the water to escape . Due to which there was a pool of water always
