Fully functional hotel with all amenities. Missing lift is a drawback and also doesnt have a attached restaurant. Also observed that folks smoking in othet rooms is getting circulated all across.

This is the second time I was staying at the Oriental. The last time when I stayed was back in April 2023. At that time the hotel was managed by Summit groups, and the service and stay was excellent. This time we were extremely disappointed. The room (room 34) that was given to us was shabby and poorly lit. The walls and linens were not that clean. The bathroom was still ok. But the worst part was the hot water. They have a typical rule. You get hot water from 5am to 12pm and then from 5pm to 12 ...more

Hot water is only available during specific time in a day. It's not available in the afternoon which doesn't make sense at all. Also we got a room in the 4th floor and there is no lift so it was a horrible experience. They have listed many amenities in their booking page but none are available at the hotel. Better to go with some other option as there are many hotels available in that area.
