Very bad experience. This hotel has very bad bathroom condition. They dont have geyser, bathroom door handle was broken.Very poor.

Not so clean, once you order they take 2 hours for that and have to call again and again for same thing.

The property is old but spacious,Guard was very friendly and they even provide pickup and drop from Katra Railway station to hotel and Banganga and back to Katra railway stationRoom view is great,a bit walk from Main bazaar,Katra,Have restaurant inside hotelBathrooms were not upto mark as water was choking,their were cockroaches on bed the next morning I woke upIf they keep great cleaning staff and timely pesticide routine then this property will become great to stay

It has a nice view from the hotel, you can actually see the whole katra mountain... also they provide complimentary pickup and drop from ban ganga... I enjoyed my stay.. decent hotel..

Hotel Is Good ,and the pickup drop facility is excellent they picked you at any time also in midnight from ban ganga at free of cost and the hotel manager mr rana is really a very good and co operative person ,all-over experience I good I recommend to others
