Very happy with the hotel. The location is perfect, not too busy and overlooking the shrine mountain. The rooms are clean and the food is very good. Menu is very vast with choice of Indian, Continental, Chinese cuisines. The staff is very warm and welcoming.

the experience was horrible. i visit katra every year and this is for the first time i stayed at vivanta and the experience was horrible. the property is very far from main katra and yet they dont provide free drop to ban ganga whereas every other hotel in katra does that. also despite paying them for pick and drop service yet they came to pick up late despite our repeated calls. the drop charges are also much more than expected and when you bargain then they reduce the charges. i have stayed in taj properties before but for the first time i would say the experience was so bitter

Overall experience was great . Food was delicious & stay was nice . Whole staff was courteous specially Ravi in restaurant. This place is Surrounded by trees & nature that adds to its beauty .

The stay was comfortable. Staff were friendly and greeted us well. The place is far from the temple but they arrange complimentary cab. Food was good. The staff were very good and the room was very comfortable. There is big lawn for walks and picnics along with swimming pool.

So its a must visit property if you are planning to visit katra , the hospitality is amazing the food the rooms the service everything is top notchSomething you feel are little old but they are improving Hats off to there staff of every department they do there job perfectlyEverything is just perfect
