We had a very pleasant stay in Suit Room. Room was super clean & services were excellent. We were very lucky to get Kanchenjunga view from our room in this monsoon time.

there is some sewage problem. the room was smelling terribly. after reporting the same just an air fresher was sent , which helps temporarily only for 5/10 minutes. can’t spray the room entire time.

The hotel is located 200 mtrs from MG marg (main town center).
Stayed in Premium suite (5th floor). The Room has breathtaking view of snow laden mountains early in the morning. The hospitality was excellent. The breakfast spread had all North Indian to South Indian spread, staff spoke very nicely and food was very excellent.

stayed in premium suite. Room has breathtaking view of snow laden mountains. the hospitality is superb. we had stayed in premium suite for 2 days but could not book suite for third day but they upgraded our room as a goodwill gesture. staff speaks very nicely and food was also very good. best part was it is 200 mtrs from MG marg. 5 stars for hospitality, location and food
