The road to the hotel was pathetic. Even the cab drivers didn't want to travel to that road. They also have a drainage problem due to which the toilets stink in the morning time. The service was good and the food was amazing.Overall workers were polite. The overall service was good and the food was great. The workers were polite and nice. The experience was nice.

New Mandala is a very good hotel in Darjeeling ...Two times I have visited this hotel and every time it was a great 👍 experience.....That serves good food 🥘 good behaviour good staff etc..... Staying in Hotel is nice experience, and the best thing is that their restaurant has dedicated chef styled cooked meals. And, there is open space also which is too good, if love scenic views The Hotel is very safe, and staff is very nice. The hotel has very nice restaurant and food is delicious, family would love definitely !

Good Hotel.. Food was Delicious... Not able to connect to Wifi with good speed..Hotel main entrance has Narrow road. So you cant be sure that Your car can reach till hotel....Mostly driver ask you to come at main road... But except that I enjoyed my stay....As property was well maintained... Very near to market place..

overall a good experience except proper ventilation in rooms.Staffs are helpful and good behaved with the guests. specially Anmol and Anish helped and manged the needs of every guest at their best. the location is also very good. the rooftop retaurant is best for watching Kanchanjangha peak, if the climate is cleared.

Hotel rooms are clean, also close to hotel Ramada , Gandhi road but it is situated in a steep slope and hotel road remaining wet continuously which may cause accident. Restaurant is not well developed. During my two nights stay at Darjeeling the staffs helped a lot to overcome the situation of continuous load setting.

Everything was top class, except there was very limited electricity supply..we stayed for 4 nights, however there was no electricity for 3 nights.. so even though there was room heater available on Extra charge, but didn't get in use due to no electricity.

very comfortable stay, complementary b/fast is fine, the property has a lift, you have to climb steep slope for approx 5 mins ( 30 mts ) to reach the hotel which may be tough for older people

We stayed here for two nights. The location is very near to the market and the two amazing food joints in Darjeeling- Glenarys and Keventers. The room and the washroom was clean as well.

The washroom is not good, the holder of the jet spray was missing, the cover of the commode was moving. The door mat was missing outside the washroom. Staff behaviour is very good.

Food is very delicious.staff is good.Finding hotel location in GPS is difficult.Open dinning area is only for sitting purpose not for dinner.

Stay was awesome.. But the Room service was pretty ordinary. For tea we have to ask for 5-6times even after that we did not get that.
