Booked hotel by ibibo and guys yes had great moments. Hotel staffs are extremely cooperative and they would help u in every occasion or necessities u feel. Recommended just visit there once at least.

Room are well cleaned. Food is also delicious provided by hotel's restaurant. Staff is very polite. Baan ganga drop and pick up facility also available.Hotel is excellent for family and friends for stay.

Although i had a short stay at the hotel but still i will praise its hospitality,front desk, reception, cooperative staff,tasty food, behaviour of staff. only point of consideration is seepage in washrooms this needs to be attended at the earliest.

Pathetic place to stay, filthy rooms with insects occupying the corners, stinking toilets, had to get the room changed as earlier room's toilet seat had poo stains, dirty water from the tap, stained towels, a dorm would have been better. Smelly tea, remained without tea for two days and had lemon tea instead. It was a total disaster except that the boys there were helpful. the only reason for me taking this option was early check-in but didn't know that it will turn out this way. Just don't stay there. I relied on earlier reviews but its all fake.

It was pleasant stay at Hotel Maa Trinayani. We stayed here for two nights and three days. Hotel staffs are decent, cooperative, always ready to assist. Rooms, bathroom were clean and designed with all basic amenities. Food was also available as per our expectations, delicious veg bengali food. Hotel provide drop and pickup facility. Good budget hotel with courteous and helpful service. Location is 2Km away from main market but they provide cab facility at nominal price. Food is really good and hygenic.

good staffs, nice behavior, they have provided very good service in night , we reached hotel in night around 2:30 am after darshan and they served us bread butter and tea on our request. overall homely environment.

The hotel stands out in terms of hospitality and professionalism and Arup Ji in the hotel management does a great job in customer service. The food offered by the hotel's restaurant is tasty and the hotel offers a quick service. The hotel offers a complimentary drop and pickup for the banganga check post and also offers pickup and drop facilities in the town at a nominal cost. You should opt for this hotel if you want a peaceful stay after a tiring trip to the bhawan as the hotel is located in a non noisy neighborhood away from the main market. We opted for this hotel as we wanted an affordable and peaceful stay. Marketing was not the central agenda on our list and hence we did not feel the non-proximity to the market and shops.

The property is Good. The Both manager was good behaviour & politie nature, As we stayed for Two night here, Fully Cooperative. The staff were really helpful and tried to accommodate our requests as much as possible.Overall the service was fine. Pick and drop service is available. I am happy with the place and would surely prefer this hotel for my future visits.

Indeed a great hotel and a sweet place to stay in Katra, which is full of homely people. After coming here, one does not feel like leaving. Amazing view of the mountains of Mata Rani. Amazing food. Lovely staff. Suresh Singh who is the GM, and Ashok Singh who is the manager. Their behavior is amazing and beautiful. safety and pleasure

overall experience is good Spacious room, clean bathroom, helping staff, room service, inhouse kitchen and tasty food, one side pick up or drop for banganga, but every time take auto for main market because hotel is located 2-3 kilometres from market.Hotel also provide Van but charge 100 rs for that.

It was an amazing stay in this hotel, view was really outstanding & staff was so cooperative. They allowed us for early check in. They allowed us for early check-in even provide the free cab service of pick & drop to mata bhavan.

The hotel is very nice. I stayed here with my wife for 2 days. The hotel staff manager room toilet everything was absolutely clean and tidy. I fully recommend , it is a very good hotel. I am stay here in Katra 4/5 January 2024.

It is best to start if you have Own car. Avoid paid parking at other hotel. it will cost you 100₹ to reach katra main chownk. and free service by hotel to reach banganga checkpost. hotel rooms are good view. with balcony.
