The Orchard hotel rooms room no 302 & 306 we stayed on 7th oct, 2017 were in Google shape. The hotel authority has taken Rs. 350/- in cash as Tax for the rooms when we checked out and not even provided us the receipt for it. We checked in early at 11:40 a.m. on 7th and checked out at 8:30 am on 8th. The ACs in rooms were made available to us after 1:30 p.m.

I have never seen like this hotel before.. Toomuch worst hotel.. No house keeping, no service, no food, no lift, no cleaning of rooms.... It's better to take a small lodge instead of this hotel..

managers and staffs are so cooperative 😀 rooms are good and clean maintenance of the hotel is very good ultimately having a good stay actually the best stay at resonable price

Room was not cleaned. Quality of Breakfast was too poor, only two piece of bread and a cup of tea was provided. Found lots of mosquitoes inside the room.

Rooms are Small. In site they have published 23 amenities out of that only 11 are there. It is an average hotel.
