The bed was comfortable enough, though the pillows could have been fluffier. The lighting in the room was a bit dim, which made it hard to read or work. One downside was that the walls seemed quite thin—I could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. The air conditioning worked fine, but the room lacked proper ventilation, so it felt a bit stuffy at times. The location of the room was convenient, close to public transport and a few restaurants, which was a plus. Overall, it was an okay stay, suitable for a short trip if you’re not expecting luxury. absolutely bad experience...the hotel is expensive as compared to the amenities available...standard room is every small, there is hardly any space to barely walk in the room and the hotel price is very high. location is not good at all...steep hill...not suitable for elderly people and it was difficult for us to manage with a 3 yr old kid on lap....only good thing is the person present in hotel is helpful and responsive...Rest nothing is good about the hotel..won't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel rooms are not upto the mark of value we are paying, roof leaking and rooms got filled with water droplets. even in the 1st floor cupboards were soaked with water. Bed was extremely dirty with stains, marks and dust. Bathrooms are okay, but geyser is not sufficient. No food service. It is situated quite on a steep place not easily accessible by foot. Atleast 10/12 mins walking from Mall road.

Hotel location as per locals is TV tower, Advise to get potter @300 for any bags with you as location is 900 mtrs from station or stand but u have to climb up with stairs/slope.Don't book standard room for family( very very congested, only 1 feet is left around bed) book delux Room. Maal road walking distance is only good thing about it.Staff boy is very very helpful.Like if you face same issue

This hotel is 1.5 minutes away from mall market,the staff of this hotel is also very nice and helpful,Enjoyed exploring Darjeeling by staying at this hotel,There is a temple of Maa Durga in front. The weather should be good, the behavior of the staff should be good and helpful, the hotel should be clean and fragrant,

Sharing cab : They will drop you at D.Rly stn. Either walk from there to hotel, 10 min upward(landmark Tv tower, police booth). Reserve cab : Direct to hotel, cab can enter. Hotel, staffs, amenities are excellent and best parts are 5 mins to mall. Mountain view from room. Locality is good. safe and secured for families.

Recommend you all gyzzz that please don't choose this hotel for stay they can't even full fill the basic requirements also like water and smell issues.very unhygienic washroom,dirty bedsheets and pillow cover unproven furniture and very uncontested room.owner is also very rude and asking for extra payment while checkout.

Worst hotel I ever stayed. No one in the reception desk, the person who received call was a rude person. Sometimes geysers are not working.In a day 2/3 times water tanks are empty. You have to wait during your bath for water. Intercoms are not connected. Only a boy was helpful. It was a pathetic experience for us.

The room is just ok with a very small bathroom and cleanliness issues, but not much can be expected these days, which is sad. they only provide tea n coffee. the hotel is close to mall road, approximately 5 minutes walking distance. it is just an ok budget hotel

Fantastic hotel.. A newly constructed property. Room was around 100sq ft. Bathroom was awesome and very hygienic. All Covid protocols maintained. Well behaved staffs.. 600 meters from Darjeeling Mall.. Overall a 5 star experience.. Overall great experience

Newly constructed hotel with all facilities. It's refreshing to find a good hotel near Mall Road. Wifi and power backup is available. Good part is that one do not have to walk much to reach Mall Road.

Hotel location was good. Mall road is at Walking distance. hotel is near road so no need to walk far to catch a cab. Staff was friendly. it was within reach for eleaderly people.
