Santanas wooden cottages

Santana New resort and under construction Cottages which were ready were good to stay Overall nice experience Pros-peaceful and isolated stay, mountain view, sort of infinity pool, staff nice and helpful, tasty food Cons-located on height be ready to climb mini 70 stairs plus slope also, The restaurant is small, pesticides control needs to be done i noticed cockroach, spider, lizard inside the room, no guard at the entrance, bedsheets and blanket cover was not changed for our stay( it was used previously), no complementary water bottle in rooms, they charged for drinking water, no telephone in room, waiting hall for keeping luggage after checking out needs to be kept under security

This place is very near to airport and beach is also not too far. Hotel is located at a bit elevation and so the view of it feel like more of bill station then of beach side stay. Love the claim and peace here and relax with morning sunrise. Care taker here is superb and very helpfull. Even at late checkin when resturant were closed he cooked omelate for us:)

Overall experiance is good. However there is no camera in the parking lot. One need to park there vehical at own risk even in private parking space of cottage. There was scratches on my left door and dent on trunk door. Owner has not installed any CCTV Camera in the parking lot which is far and not visible from the cottages.

1) Nice and cosy rooms 2) No hot water 3) Ants and snakes in the area (a snake was about to enter our room) 4) Good food 5) Not suitable for aged people as you have to climb up through so many steps to get up to rooms
