The overall hygiene, maintenance and service of the hotel is seriously compromised. The included breakfast at 9 am was cold and nearly finished everyday (Despite availability time till 9.30). The bedsheet and pillow covers were used and filthy. Drawers and cupboards had dust and insects. The hotel stinked as paint & polishing work was going on. Hot water in bathroom was mildly warm in such a cold weather. They won't come to your room when you ask, and keep knocking at your door in the name of housekeeping when you are fast asleep, despite 'Do not disturb' switched ON. The door bell didn't work. Food was the worst part. It's so bad with no taste and cold, no matter what you choose. It wasn't just me, I witnessed guests having brawls with the staff over this everyday. Only thing I liked was Tea (on order). Go for Royal Heritage or another hotel with better services, but NEVER this if you don't want to spoil your mood or Holiday.

it's a budget hotel in the narrow lanes. there is ample parking space in compound though. The property is decent with so many rooms, but the rooms are little small.Washroom is below average and no toiletries provided. The breakfast is average though with limited choice.Wifi signals didn't come till my room and even after complaint, the staff couldn't do much.Just ok for a night stay. Having said that, there were family groups checking in and out. There are so many eateries nearby and specially if you are a non vegetarian, you can munch outside.

Excellent service, good location.Special thanks to Mr Nadeem Khan ,G.M.of the Hotel showed great concern rite from check inn by Welcome Cake & Kawa to Check out with the unforgettable sweet memories.Even when we were pure veg with preferring JainFood and the Kitchen is common he served "Yummy" B/f specially prepared as per our request & as per our convenient time . Rooms are nice with Electric Blanket fr each room separately (on demand). Definitely will recommend as far as " Value for money " is concern..

nice hotel stay at amazing tariff.... hlpful staff.. good service...nice rooms...very nice lobby... glass lifts.... all the amenities.... only negative points... vry less number of tv channels available to watch so once u r back at hotel all u have to depend on is youtibe in your mobile...that reminds me..wifi speed is also good n u get good mobie coverage too... view from rooms is something that is missing ... but great staff makes up for it ...at 1.8 km from dall gate....so u can take a walk too

Hotel is good when compared to other in same vicinity. near to Khyber hospitel, wholesale market is just 5 mins walking, good for non vegetarian as lots of option for them just 2mins walk from hotel. ok experience. there was no hot water available in evening, hotel people didn't arranged at all.. No proper hygiene maintained in rooms. No tissue papers, No coffee machine... No complimentary water bottles..

hotel stay experience was good. nice and friendly staff. we were given welcome drink (kahwa) on arrival. the in hotel food was good too but a bit overpriced. would have given 5 stars if they would have resolved the bed warmer issue even after letting them know multiple times. but overall a good hotel and would recommend to anyone visiting with their family.

amazing hotel , super location with main market I stay here just for 1 night but found nice service and perfect room animites staff was very behaviour, mr arshid and mr aamir was very helpful , I am sure they will make your stay memorable. thanks team hotel royal arabia

Good Hospitality but with poor rooms specially their bathrooms are not up to the mark. Location is in city but outside the hotel, there are multiple Non Veg shops. Nevertheless it is recommended for budget travellers as you will get it in 1500 per room incl. breakfast

the hotel guys can do better then this? I called many times to get a medical help at midnight, no body attended the call, and by person no one was at reception, there was no wifi connectivity also during my stay....

Despite being a newly built hotel it has major issue of the toilets stinking foul with pluming issues for the wc. It makes the stay very uncomfortable despite the hotel staff trying to spray room freshener

it's one of the worst experience I've ever had in my entire trip and in any trip of mine. the buffet isn't good. They do not listen, and doesn't even have good housekeeping. felt very unsafe

..Not a good place to stay, far from dal lake with no mountain view.Fully congested in colonies.Price of food is so high but the quality of food is hazardous.
