It is a decent hotel with a location nearby to gangtok central (MG Marg). Great value for money. Suite with huge balcony which have no obstruction to view of hills, mountains as well as the gangtok city. This is huge thing to any guest for relaxing. However I believe that cleanliness as well as service assistance are key strength to them. Although they have limitations about resources but they tried hard to satisfy the guests. Foods are good enough to satisfy our tongue. Although we as international frequent Travelers are not so critical about that. We will be happy to come again and main reason is the attitude of the staffs. Management should take good care of them to retain as a Long term measure. Any additional travel need, give the responsibility to them and relax. They will take care of that and no headache. We as a guest will relax and enjoy. Please see the attached photos which will speak the real scenario.

Good, homely and clean hotel. The view from the balcony was exhilarating. I along with my family of four, stayed for 3 days, and we totally enjoyed our stay. The owner is helpful and kind. The chef is good. Food was homely and nice. Though for youngsters there's not much to explore in the menu. My parents loved the food! Room was a bit stuffy for four of us, but other than that, no issues. The decor was beautiful, bathroom was clean, heater was in working condition and the staff was helpful and kind.

The hotel is located near MG Marg, Local taxi stand also opposite of this hotel, Food is also very good in taste. The rooms are clean and the view from the Balcony is nice. Located at the prime location of the city, Main road is adjacent and the local taxi stand is opposite of this hotel,Peaceful place to stay. staff behaviour is nice and cooperative.

value for money.Clean well maintained with mountain View rooms in budget. Well behaved staff. Property owner Mr Samrat and Staff Mr Suraj planned my trip very beautifully. Fully satisfied by their hospitality in all aspects. Though hotel is bit away(only 1.2km) from MG road but you will not regrate after booking.

Hotel room was neat clean with prime location and beautiful view. Very good staff, Mr. Rohit is very helpful who helped me to plan my onwards journey. Also received very good service from others working members in hotels. Overall My stay to this place was amazing. Thanks to Goibibo and Hotel Samrat.

The stay at the hotel is comfortable. Reasonable pricing and good view from the hotel. The hotel is about 1km walking from MG Marg and walking is quite convenient. Taxis are available too from the hotel to various places. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Overall a good hotel at a decent price.
