This is the worst place ever. Reaching the hotel itself was a huge task as we had to climb up and down the stairs multiple times with our luggage and on reaching that hotel, we had to again go to 5th floor with our luggage and without any help. I had to carry my own bag upstairs. The room was dirty. Linen was not clean. Outside the room, clothes were hanging around. We were told that we will receive tea and coffee, but that never came. Enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Good location. Cheap and best. Footsteps down to the hotel were bit uncomfortable. I recommend this hotel for small family and budget trips.

There is only one Positive part of this hotel that this is on MG Marg..but i think you can find many more hotels in MG Marg. Main negative things are the rooms, we booked 3 rooms for 6 persons but the rooms are not clean and very clumsy, there is no room heater and the geyser's are not working properly. no Room service and house keeping facilities are there. The hotel is very close to the MG Marg which is a really big plus point. Hotel rooms and toilets were clean. Towels were very very old and seemed that they haven't been changed for a thousand years which was very disappointing looking at the other services. The staff was very well but I felt a bit slow service

the rooms are clean and tidy. however it is unadvisable for people expecting bigger rooms. will let you book 3 people in one room but it's not enough, at max you'll get a mattress to sleep in the floor or adjust with the other two occupants on the same bed. the major plus is that it's right on mg marg which is great! plus it has a good view from the terrace.

Awesome place to stay. hotel staff was also cooperative and fare is also reasonable. Rooms are neat and clean. Bathroom is also neat and clean with all neccessary facilities. suggested others also to stay.
