The reception no. they've given in our room that doesn't work. They don't have cleanliness, clean soaps, don't have bucket for bath and no towel and yes TV also doesn't work and their elevator also doesn't work and their food is so disgusting don't even think of trying, eat out at restaurants. And in reception area you'll find owner's kids watching tv that is in work. It's so dirty that I can't even begin to start. When reception no. doesn't work and you'll go down through stairs you'll find nobody at reception area. And manager never been around. I stayed for 3 nights but never seen him. No Management, No cleanliness, No Customer Service, Disgusting Food. And everything as you can see in photos I uploaded. My father have problem in walking so he barely can walk up to stairs in 2nd floor, they've elevator but it doesn't work, my one of the main reason of choosing this hotel was elevator I saw in photos but it doesn't work. No Customer Service, No cleanliness, No management. My recommendation, don't go to this hotel and waste your money, in this much money you can afford other good stays in haridwar. Money doesn't bother me but what I get in in return of my money does, it was total disaster and waste of money.

If anyone planning for Haridwar then it's best hotel to stay. Best experience was behaviour and kind understanding of hotel owner.and best postive thing is- only 3 mins walking distance from railway. Everything was perfect.

I asked for TV star and spoon which I didn't get. I need to go down and ask for it again. Then got dirty spoon. Good for solo travelers, super budgeted, clean, quite and homely feeling. Just poor service

No one available at reception for help. Room condition was worst. No hotel attendent was available. Bed sheet pillow and blanket all were very dirty. Power socket of room was open.
