Very good hotel in Gangtok. It is located very near most of the major places of tourist interest. The main attraction MG Market is at a very short distance. The staff made our stay entirely enjoyable and memorable. I would like to make a special mention of Poornima and Sagar at the reception and Pranesh at F&B who are extremely courteous, helpful and friendly.

Hotel has in house restaurant and the food quality is good. Most importantly the hotel has elevator services which are helpful for elder people as mostly it is not available in other hotels. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful. I also ended up extending my stay for a day which was also an hassle free experience.

Lift suddenly breakdown when we stayed. Door bell not working 301 room also the bathroom not the same level. Anytime accident could happen.
