SPOT ON Nirvaan Guest House

kindly don't recommend this guest house as best place.The place is good only for staying for short duration, services here are horrible.it's like staying in rented house.1) Although they mention AC room but they refused to turn ON AC,, and the room is also on 3rd floor(topfloor) so with only fan this room is very hot.2) the bathroom is very small not enough space to bath comfortably.3) Mosquito are there is in room,,, so night sleeping is not comfortable.4) while booking they mentioned complimentary breakfast is there,,, but in reception they refused as there isn't any breakfast facilities.The staffs are also not friendly,,, please avoid staying on this property.only good thing is that it's near to Airport and room is clean,,, rest not recommended at all.

The hotel is worse it is located near the airport that's the only plus point it has but nothing more to offer. The rooms are small and one may feel claustrophobic on top of that you have to climb stairs to 3rd floor as their reception is located here. in each room they have AC but you have to give extra 500 rupees to get access to those AC's .the doors to the bathroom was also damaged. bathrooms were not clean and I even saw a huge cockroach. it is better to book a hotel beside the airport road than to go to an alley to find the worst hotel.

One thing can spoil your overall journey and it is a nightmare to staying in this lodge, ac not available, extra charge 500 need to pay for ac, booked with breakfast but no kitchen exists here but paid the amount of breakfast, room full of cockroaches, asked for a bedsheet, reception boy asking why required blanket is there. If anyone provide this in free of cost no one can stay here.

very near to airport, budget friendly... basic guest house, reception and rooms are on 2nd floor, u have to use stairs... staff is co operative, as my flight landed midnight but they adjusted...
