I stayed here from May 19th till 22nd..The staff are very friendly and polite.Always ready to help.The location is a bit away from the central MG Marg but honestly i don't think that matters cos i really didn't find anything special in that market place..it was like mini Calcutta with all normal stalls..Nothing special related to Sikkim.Going to MG Marg from this hotel you will sometimes get a Share cab costing 20 Rs but returning you will have to reserve which will cost you 150 minimum.The hotels Double deluxe rooms face the Hills and that's it.The double beds have two single mattresses which are set together and that can be really annoying as they tend to move apart. The breakfast really didn't have much options and literally everyday we found South indian Items like Idly,Upma and sambar.....Bread and butter and jam and then corn flakes...There is NO NON VEG here....Strictly veg place...Overall the stay was Okay.

I visited this hotel Last year July. The hotel was awesome.I booked super deluxe but Mrs.Payal upgraded it to Suite . Special Thanks to her !. Breakfast too is good. All the staff were very polite and very helpfull to their guest. They helped in smooth check in even when we reached around midnight. Cannot forgot that boy who was playing guitar that experience was really superb. I am sure , I will come back to this hotel in future.Recommend it for everyone .

Pros-1)nice location... Near to mg marg 2) food n breakfast is really tasty n gud 3)Hotel staff is cooperative n well mannered 4)rooms r specious n bathroom is also gud Cons-1) most of the room have zero mobile network.. Most irritating thing 2) hygiene is not so gud in things like.. Electric cattle, water jug n food servicing plate (see pics) 3)Room r big but nt maintened properly means nt decorated n moisture present on walls

hopeless room service. even after continuously calling them many times, they won't budge! whatever u think of ordering from menu, they don't have it! and no orders after 9:00 pm. if by chance, u order then no body will come to clean afterwards. hotel is far from the main city. no good food place available in the vicinity. had to call up dominos to order! too much more to complain..

Hotel is awesome, the ambience is very peaceful, neat n hygienic hotel, very well maintained . Mr.Ranjit the hotel manager was very co-operative, a very gentle person.. and all the staffs are very co-operative too.. service is very quick n simply very perfect.. and the scenic beauty from the room is very beautiful too..

Its really nice hotel, with all necessary amenities- good wifi, hot water, clean sheets and bathroom. It is located nicely- hardly 0.5 km from busstop and taxis are connected very well as there is no ola, uber in gangtok
