The Hotel staff is very polite and courteous in nature. Also, the services whenever requested for domestic help or from restaurants were really quick and prompt on a call. I loved the ambiance of the hotel centric to nature theme: plants and trees were just amazing 👏 Also, I have to appreciate the restaurant staff and their quality services. I have mentioned there only that the food is amazing and I came back for another night dinner after my checkout while returning to the airport, just because the food was literally delicious and the serving was greatNothing! The Hotel staff was very helpful and courteous.

Club rooms were clean, hygienic, well maintained and overall quite good. Hotel staff were very courteous, room service was prompt and front desk resourceful. We enjoyed the breakfast and it had quite some variety. We had also booked dinner as part of the package and it was good enough for the extra charge. Value for Money. It is very good hotel for Verna customer. All big pharma is hardly 5mins. from here. Best option for official trip at Verna. Food is tasty but costly. But Mardol is good option. Also Dominos is near by. Petrol pump is also very close. Airport is 20mins away.
