It was a pleasant stay.. rooms were near and clean. The hotel placed around 5 km above the MG MARG as a result you can enjoy the view. We stayed there around 5 days and liked the hotel staff. They were amazing and provided good services. The food served from the restaurant was also delicious. The terrace garden is add on factor where you can have your meals while watching the scenery especially the sunset view. I would definitely visit the same hotel whenever will plan for gangtok in future. They provided nearby rooms as we booked two rooms for our families including 3YO kid. The chef was so good that he especially made sure that whatever he is preparing for us should also go with the kid for e.g less spices and oil. You can stay here if you are with your family or friends. I would definitely recommend this hotel who are planning to visit gangtok.

It was an amazing experience staying over there with no disturbances. Smooth checkin and hasslefree travel with Gobibo. The hotel is utmost clean and hygenic with a great food options available as compare to the expectations on hill top. MG marg is at bit far away but the scenic view from the window is just brilliant. Perfect for those who dont want any kind of disturbances and honkings. The landmark is chanmaari - 2nd mile. As of now for a single taxi transfer from gangtok taxi stand(near mg marg) is about 300₹ from the hotel one way. It was really a good experience

it was a decent room, the food was decent (bit overpriced but so are all hillstatiom hotels) the view from the balcony is surreal. the bathroom is big and spacious with hot water available. the only drawback was no heater was provided. it was fun, no restrictions on drinking or smoking in the room. they make nathula passes as well. overall a good experience.

My stay was amazing at Griffin's nest and would like to recommend this hotel to all who are looking for budget accommodation. However, MG Marg was 5 km away which was a negative point for this stay but you can grab a cab and visit MG marg in 40-50₹ per head.

good place to stay in gangtok if you are planning to live out side of city. excellent staff. really helpful for planning your tours. good food. even though it's not the main city you can easily get taxis city which will cost you between 150-200

Amazing Hospitality and service. Specially the offbeat location or position of the hotel is unbeatable. You can have an excellent hill view from the hill side rooms as well as enjoy the attached roof top sitting facilities.

the room is k.. but the view from the hotel. is stunning.. u can get the complete view of Gangtok.. the hotel person really friendly.. what ever u ask thy provide.. definitely a good place to stay too far from mg marg

It was an wonderful experience. We stayed for a week. The room and bathroom was clean, outside seating area, dinning area and lobby was also clean. Good food and amazing hospitality. Would love to stay there again.
