This hotel is not worth to book, location is very bad,staff is not there,Rooms filled with seapage, Smelling rooms,very suffocating, Please never book this hotel,I could not stayed in this hotel ,I checked out within one hour, I was coughing due to saffocation.No staff over ther only one person is there,who stays and not able to help.Please never book this hotel.Car can not come this side.please Never Book this hotel.it is pathetic.will ruin your visit.

- no lift in hotel- deluxe rooms is 2 floor down from ground floor. no wheelchair access - location is very bad - you can't get taxi or cab for here easily- rooms are stinky and smells- Mall road is 800m far from hotel and elevated road is in way- Food is fine - some staff isn't co operative-The hotel is totally different from the photos- not all amenities you get here*suggest not to book especially with family.

we booked 2 rooms one of that one was with a beautiful view but another one was not,wo that we request them to change one room but instead of having free rooms they don't provide that!! and another thing they charged service charges for providing the food in room that's very ridiculous!

Hotel was clean and enough room space was there. Service was also very good. Only problem is the location as the road is too stiff that almost you have to climb it. Otherwise all is good. Food in the restaurant of this hotel was also very testy.

Room condition was very worst. Bad smell always in the room. walls are damp and also fungus in the walls.requested to change the room but they didn't. and also very long distance from Mall road, more than 20 minutes walking distance.
